Jolie has worked as a senior instructional designer and, for the past twenty years as a nanny, market researcher, educational researcher, corporate e-learning specialist, literacy tutor, non-profit leader, and higher education online learning developer. She is now a Learning Technologies PhD student at the University of Minnesota. Jolie has a masters degree in educational technology from San Diego State University and a bachelors degree in psychology from Queens College of the City University of New York.
